William Cox - Founding Partner, Of Counsel

William Cox Born in 1928, Will was a native and lifetime resident of Lake Charles. He attended McNeese State University and graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in 1951. From 1947 to 1951, Will served on the Lake Charles City Council and as the Street Commissioner from 1957-1961.

Will graduated from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans in 1969. Before graduating from law school, Will operated a claims service, handling hundred of claims for damages caused by Hurricanes Betsy and Camille.

After graduating from Loyola, Will started the firm of Cox and Cox with his brother, Jimmy.
