Biography:
Tom was raised in Moss Bluff, Louisiana. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor of science in finance. He attended Louisiana State University School of Law, serving as a member of Louisiana Law Review and graduating at the top of his class. After law school, Tom was the law clerk for United States District Judge Earl Veron before entering private practice in1988. Tom has practiced with the firm since 1990 and has served on the Board of Governors of Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association.
Tom has successfully tried and settled hundreds of personal injury cases, including one of the largest punitive damage verdicts for an individual plaintiff in Louisiana. Tom has obtained numerous multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients against major oil companies, industrial plants, automobile manufacturers, and insurance companies.
